PURPOSE OF THIS WEBSITE
The purpose of this website is to provide association members, listeners and general members of the public with information about VOX FM, and to provide social interaction with the community and Vox FM Radio.
CONSENT – ONLINE E-NEWS SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE
This website may provide an online subscription service inviting patrons to subscribe to emailed newsletter facilities. This Association will from time to time email news articles and updates to persons subscribed to this list. Any person who subscribes to this service will be deemed to have consented to receive such subscription emails. The email addresses of persons who subscribe to this service will be collected and used only for the purposes of distributing information regarding Vox FM and will not be knowingly sold or passed on to any other third party organisation by this Association.
If you no longer wish to receive subscription emails, please email Vox FM and request removal.
ONLINE CONTACT ENQUIRIES
Enquiries from patrons utilising the online contact form sent by email correspondence or by ordinary email services will only be used to respond to customer enquiries, and will not be added to any mailing lists without your consent.
POSTING COMMENTS TO THIS SITE
This website has the facility to allow comments to be added to posts and pages of this site by general members of the public. These comments and posts in no way reflect or represent the views of this Association Body as a whole and are the responsibility of the individual writer and postee.
This website is rated as suitable for all public audiences and therefore any post, comment or addition made to this site by a person must be suitable for viewing by all audiences. Persons are prohibited from posting any comments or material which may be deemed as offensive, racist, anti-social, or defamatory to the good name and character of another. This Association holds the right by agreement when a person subscribes to this forum, to censor or remove any controversial or offensive post or comment. This Association reserves the right to cancel the subscription of any person from this site who breaches these rules in any way. The internet is considered to be a telecommunications device. SITE STATISTICS
Statistical visitor logs are used for this site to gather statistical information with the purpose of updating and improving this site. No attempt will be made to identify you by the administrator, unless this Association is compelled to do so under any State or Federal Laws or enforcement order of Australia.
IMAGERY AND PRIVACY
Should a photograph of yourself or a person under your care be included and published on this site in photography or background imagery, and you do not wish this photograph to appear, please contact the Administrator by email for removal.
